Scope

This policy explains how Navakalpaa Tech LLP (“we”, “us”) handles information on its corporate website at navakalpaa.com and www.navakalpaa.com (“this website”).

It does not cover our products or applications, such as Setu. Where a product lets people register, sign in, book services or submit personal information, it will have its own privacy notice.

Information we process

This website is informational. It has no accounts, sign-in, forms, comments or newsletter sign-up, and it does not ask you to enter personal information.

• If you email us. We receive your email address, the contents of your message, and anything else you choose to include. We use it to read and reply to you.
• Technical information when you visit. Your browser sends standard technical information to our hosting provider, described below.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through the Cloudflare network. When you load a page, Cloudflare receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the address you requested, the referring page and the date and time. An IP address can be personal data.

Cloudflare processes this information to deliver the website, keep it available and protect it from abuse and attacks. How long Cloudflare keeps such logs is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.

Cookies and storage

The pages of this website do not set cookies of their own and do not use your browser’s local or session storage. They do not include analytics, advertising or social-media scripts, or embedded content from other sites. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact font or image services run by others.

As our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare may use technical cookies or similar mechanisms where needed to deliver or protect the service. We will update this section if we add analytics or other tools that use cookies or collect information about visitors.

Who else is involved

We do not sell information about visitors. Information may be handled by:

Cloudflare operates globally, so information handled by it may be processed outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep emails we receive for as long as needed to deal with your message and for our business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Server logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own policies.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, and to raise a grievance about how it is handled.

Because this website does not collect personal information through forms or accounts, we may hold little or none about you beyond emails you have sent us. To make a request or raise a concern, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time the law requires.
